Christopher was called out to tow our car after a bad accident and he was very professional and kind. As much as we tried to remember to remove all of our belongings from the car, fear and adrenaline keep you from thinking clearly and we realized Saturday night my daughter’s car and house keys were in the wrecked car. They’re closed on Sunday but she had to get back to Greenville so Christopher met us and opened the lot so we could retrieve the keys. Thank you for making a bad situation better.

We had to have our car towed from Union Cross Road to Advance, NC. The tow truck guy was able to get there in about an hour and a half which isn't bad. I have waited 4 hours on a tow truck before. This was new years day. The tow costed about $150. He didn't have change for a twenty dollar bill. He did a good job. Picked the car up and followed us to the destination and dropped it off. There is never a happy experience when you have to have a car towed, but this definitely wasn't the worst experience.

Great Service! My grandon's friend backed off the side of my driveway and got stuck on a large rock. Matt came to help us, and he couldn't have been nicer. He lifted up the car enough to pull the rock out, and she was able to back out without any apparent damage Thank you!
